What do I do, if I am having a dental emergency?If your emergency is life threatening, call 911 or proceed to the emergency room. For dental situations that require urgent dental care you can call our office, (517) 484-5811. Our dental team has made it possible for someone to help you, if you are an established patient, even if the office is closed.

What insurance do you accept at Evergreen Dental?We have providers that are contracted with Dental Dental of Michigan and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Not to make insurance any more complicated than it already is, here is the breakdown: Dr. Jason Hartman is premier provider under Delta Dental and traditional Blue Cross Blue Shield. (This would be the Out-of-Network benefit category.) Dr. Erin Scherer, is a PPO provider with Delta Dental (In-Network). She is not a contracted provider with any other insurance. Both doctors are able to see children in Delta Dental's Healthy Kids program. We cannot provide services for children in the Blue Cross program. Our team is here to help you get the most from your dental benefits. We are able to bill a wide range of dental insurance plans including, but not limited to, Prairie States, Cigna, ADN, Aetna, Humana, MetLife and Guardian. Although, we are not participating with these plans, we will help you navigate and understand how to effectively use your coverage. We also offer payment options and financing for those without insurance, ensuring that quality dental care is within everyone's reach.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
